I've been going here since I moved to Astoria 3 years ago, and love this place. The ladies are always so nice, friendly and do a great job on nails! It's quiet there too which I love.

This place is horrible! I went her to get a pedicure and a manicure and the experience I had was distasteful. I walked in wanted to get my callouses worked on being that they were a little rough so she told me it would be $10 for that service. That was fine by me so she proceeds to take me to the pedicure massage chair. She fills it with water but no bubbles are coming out. After sitting there for about 5 minutes I ask her why she didn't turn the water on and she says it doesn't work. I look around the room and everybody else's water is if bubbling as if Nemo himself is swimming around their feet. so I politely take my feet out and proceeds to leave. When doing so she begs me stay and finds a station that works. Why did I have to do al that in order to get the service that I deserve?! Ridiculous! This place is expensive but it's not worth it because their services are mediocre! When she did my manicure she had me stick my fingers in star-foam bowl full of water. Excuse me?! You mean to tell me yall charge $40 for a ped/man but don't have the proper equipment to do it?! Don't ever go here! EVER!

I came here because it was late in the day and everything else was closed. Their price almost doubled price of the area but the service is only 50% of other places. The lady wasn't attentive and rushed through the whole thing. No cuticle or callus treatment and she was talking loudly non stop with the other lady in the store. Would never come here again.

I love this place! I got a mani, pedi, and a 20 minute back massage for 50 dollars. The lady was very professional and did a great job. My regular paint manicure lasted the entire week (most places it ends up chipping in a few days). The atmosphere is always relaxing and I don't feel rushed or unwelcome like some other places. It's never crowded or crazy and once I took my girlfriends there and they let us bring champagne. Definitely recommend.

Horrible experience. They don't offer acrylic tips only dip tips which is not a big problem except they don't know how to properly apply them ! There technique is horrible and charged me $52 for nails that were not properly shaped.
