I called looking to schedule an appointment and the phone was forwarded to a personal cell phone voice mail--not really a big deal, so I just hung up. I got a call about 10 minutes later from some women who said "who is this?" so I told her my name and asked if they had any available appointment for today (after realizing who was calling me back). Then she said "oh no, we are out on a photo shoot." I was waiting for some sort of response like "but we would be happy to schedule you tomorrow or later this week". I wish that had a rude font to describe the way she said it.
This might be a great salon, but their customer service sucks.
