I like the low prices and the 20% off coupon that came in the mail. However, the store is filthy! I have been to this location 3 times now and I realize that there are people who open cosmetics just to see the shade better, and then place them back on the shelf. But come on, almost every item I picked up had been opened/tested/used. My hands were covered in random make up after 15 minutes of shopping. I will probably only shop here during really good sales.

This was the first Ulta I'd ever had an opportunity to visit. Having just moved from a small, not-so-glamorous town, I had very high hopes. I'm happy to say that I was very impressed. I was approached by several women who worked there that were all delightful and very helpful. We talked briefly about my recent move as well as that being my first time in an Ulta and they welcomed me warmly. I can say confidently that this is the beginning of a long and happy relationship with my new favorite store.

Place is a joke customer service is horrible rude staff got followed a lot because they thought I was going to steal products. Learn my lesson last time I come here. If I could I would give it zero stars.

Compared to other Ulta stores I have shopped at (mostly in WI), this one is a bit small. The couple times I have come in, some sections have been low (i.e. the ever popular Too Faced Born this Way), but they have also had some really great bonus buys, coupons and extra rewards cash offers. So, I assume this is why their stock has been running low, since it is that time of year companies release new lines and products, Ulta is just making room. Beyond the stock, the staff has been nothing but wonderful to me, and I ask a lot of questions and need advice. I don't know about some of the reviews, but everyone I've met at this store has been helpful and understanding. I would recommend this store (and chain) to anyone, and I have been an avid Sephora shopper for years.

Not this store but this company. I love Ulta, always have and shop there all the time, just check my points. Anyway, for the first time i ordered something off line. I ordered some cologne on cyber Monday as a Christmas present. It never came. I called and was told that it was out of ulta's control and to call ups and usps. I called both of them and they told me to call Ulta back. I called Ulta again (you know because i have all sorts of free time to call people all day) and was informed the first lady lied to me and that it was shipped to the wrong house and those people were sending it back. He said he would flag my account and give it to his supervisor and i should get my cologne in 10 days. Again never came. Called Ulta and was informed that it was never shipped the second time. At this point they offered to refund my money (which takes ten days, what is with the ten days with these people) and gave me a 20 gift card. So end of story two months later and no cologne for my husband and his Christmas present.
