I went there to get my haircut and my daughters haircut I didn't make the appointment there at the salon I wanted was unexpectedly booked so my appointment was pushed to Regis . The ladies were very nice and polite about my very fussy baby which I appreciated so the customer service was good but the actual cut was not so great . My hair looks uneven and choppy I tried to deal with it and this morning tried to fix it but the uneven strands are so apparent I almost cried this morning. Needless to say I making an appointment with a completely different salon to fix their mess up and will not be returning or referring anyone to Regis.

I took my daughter in to get a haircut. Yes we were a walk in. The girl said they were booked for the night but we walked by multiple times and the girl was sitting in a chair on her phone every time we passed by from 7-9. Took my daughter to master cuts. They sat her down right away and the hair cut took only about 10 minutes.
