I used to love this place. But there are new places popping up that gives this place a run for the money. They need to update this place. Upgrade the customer service. And try to compete with competition in the price area. Because if you have the cheapest prices and doing some what basic or okay work maybe you can maintain the business and keep customers. But yes I have moved on from this place.

Michael nicked me 3 times. He RUSHED through doing my nails. I was scared to ask questions because it would take his focus away and he would nick me again. He did an EXTREMELY sloppy job. Didn't clean the polish off of my hands. Polish coat wasn't even. Fast is good, but not at the expense of quality service. Went here out of convenience since it was next to the hair store. Big mistake, I won't be back. Wish I could give them half a star. Very disappointed because they seem nice.
