I liked it. The inside is older but nice, and my nail technician, Halley, was thorough. She took her time, ensured that my new set was secure, used clean files, and even refiled two nails after buffing because she thought they were too rough. Given I'm new to the area, and that my overlays lifted and came off (taking most of my nails with them) within a week of being done at a high-end shop, I'm impressed with the work.

I've been here several times. At least ten, because I filled up a reward card. I personally think the service is excellent. I once had a newbie do my nails, and they looked AWFUL. They replaced the whole set FOR FREE! If you didn't get what you asked for, ask them to fix it. They're so nice. I'll never go anywhere else!

I've been going to this salon for five years after trying several other area salons. This is by far the best I've seen in Richmond in terms of quality services. Donna and Susan are great to me and my husband!

You will catch a disease if you go here. A dirty, ghetto Salon in a nice shopping mall. Replace the R with SH and you'll have a perfect description of Ritz Nails. Run away.

Worst experience ever!!!! Not only did the lady cut me twice during my manicure and burn me twice with the wax, but also messed up my eyebrows after explaining to just only trim!! Never again will I go there
