The overall look of the place is awesome. Beautifully decorated, but the wait times are TERRIBLE! I've been four times because I really liked the atmosphere, but they need to organize their clients better..... Needless to say I stopped going. No matter how pretty the place is I shouldn't have to wait 2 hours. Also I check out my nails after every visit because one of the workers filed the false nail crooked before.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is very friendly and skilled at what they do. I love getting my nails dipped here, and the pedicures are amazing--so relaxing. The prices are fair, too. Salon is clean and stylish.

I came to zaza’s yesterday with my friend who recommended it to me. i waited for over 2 hours!! still never got my nails done. ridiculous.

I LOVE this nail place. They are always so friendly and do a wonderful job. They stay busy on saturdays so it’s always best to come after work or early.
