Being coming here for years to get my eye brows cleaned up, they've always done a great job, and very friendly!

By far the WORST pedicure I've ever had. She was in such of a hurry she didn't even get my previous polish off before attempting to paint them again. No filing and the massage, well ugh! She rushed through it all. It was my first time there and I'll never go back. Don't waste your money.

Over charged by $35 I was shocked.. call immediately and they would not speak to me about this problem when I received my credit card statements sure enough it was still on there so I decided to go back at my Billings and sure enough 6 out of 8 I was over billed most about $4 each time $2 on the others. This is not a way you run a business I've heard people complain about this and just thought they were upset with the work or wanted something for free they do nothing to correct it so it's not something that was an accident by any means it's done to many customers so beware especially when you are a good Tipper there's no excuse for this whatsoever. Right now I am disputing it with my credit card company and it will be my last time ever going through those doors again. PS I did question them once and they told me because I picked out a particular color of nail polish that I had to be charged four more dollars Watch your wallet

I have been going there for years and have wonderful friendly service. Very reasonably priced.
If I break a nail they have on several occasions fixed it for free..
I have never had to wait more then 5 mins. for a last minute walk in.
Pedicure priced reasonably, good job for a quickie.

NO. Go to Creative Nails, don't waste your time and money. Only come here if you like shoddy nail jobs and RUDE customer service. I live about two blocks away, and I always used to come get my acrylics done- I'm talking weekly, and I'd bring in friends and the whole 9 yards. I must have spent thousands here, until they decided to get pretty rude with us right before New Years this last year. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I came in for a simple fingernail polish with a friend, he spent 2 minutes a piece on both of our hands. Truly crappy work. When I asked for the total, he looked at my friend's hand and says "oh about $7.00 for both of you", which means that he KNEW he did a terrible job. The only time I never tipped a tech would be this time. Plus right BEFORE THAT, I asked to go to the bathroom and asked the lady who owns the joint if I could get a brow wax really quick as well. Her response was to laugh at me, and talk to other customers about how rude I was (WHILE I'M STANDING THERE) for asking for a $8 service. I found Creative Nails which is down the street while looking for someone to finish what they couldn't, and I'll ALWAYS take my business there. I don't know how these people would be in business if it weren't for the unsuspecting tourists.
