The older gentleman hurt my cuticles and fingernails so much. He cut so deeply into my cuticle it was sore for a week. My finger bled and all he said was it will grow out. He then tried to utilize glue to keep it from bleeding. It’s been three weeks and I finally took off the nails and I saw the horrific damage he did to my nail bed. My fingers hurt from how thin my nails are now. Stay away from this place. There’s an obvious lack of respect for their customers.

All I can say is that my two most favorite husband and wife team is gone...and I call them before I leave my monthly visit before the 5th of the month....DANNY AND AMY...I.GO WHERE THEY GO...AND WITH THIS BEING SAID...THEIR 5 STAR SERVICE HAS LOST 2 STARS....ALWAYS ASK FOR CARDS BECAUSE..THERE IS NO LOYALITY TOO NAILIST...my opinion on this business...if you are not the SHOP OWNER...PERIOD...I MUST ADMIT THAT...I THOUGHT it was quite peculiar one day that my Any let the owner do me one day..she was good..but not as thorough to my size 14 foot feet as Danny or Any was...i have followed them from Lee Road shop too..436 and forest city intersection....to this location at Renaissance mall site..odessey nail and spa and now I will go to winter park...which is closer to where I live...heavy traffic area...bye bye

I called at 11:30am for a location and price check, they answered promptly and were very friendly over the phone. I walked in shortly after and was greeted immediately. I expressed that I was in a rush and on my lunch break. I got a tech named Danny. He was super friendly and very informative. Instead of just doing what I had asked for, a fill with shellac, he explained how my current set was insdequate. My prior full set was done extremely poor and were lifting. He informed me I needed a new full set. He was very concerned with my happiness and confirmed that I was happy with every step of the process, showing me everything he was doing. My nails looked perfect when he was done. I was so pleased I booked a standing appointment every two weeks. You should definitely try this place!

For starters the lady got acetone in my eye and didn’t even apologize or try to help. Rude. My nails came out a completely different color than I chose - when I told them she told me its my fault for choosing it and that it’s suppoaed to look different than the painted examples- which obviously they ask you to use when you chose a color. I went back and asked to get it changed and 3 of them started to talk about me and complain and waive their arms ... um can it get anymore unprofessional than that.
That’s definitely the most bizarre and ridiculous experience I’ve had. If you’re not too picky about your nails go for it.
