Been going to this salon a very long time. The quality of service has gone down significantly. They also make up their prices and charge you whatever they want sometimes. I went in for a SNS fill in (a service they told me they offered over the phone) to find out AFTER the service that they 1) don't offer fill ins for SNS but 2) are gonna perform a SNS fill in anyway but charge me MORE than the cost of a fresh SNS set. Literally their pricing makes no sense. Not going back.

Very very very dirty. Stains everywhere, the hygiene condition makes me concerned. It is also very very expensive for what it is. Service and product was alright, if you have no expectation and only want basic.

Should make sure manicurists are trained prior to charging for a service. I walked out before too coat as I’ll be taking this off ASAP.
