I’m a regular customer. I choose very difficult designs and Amy always come through. It is exactly as requested. Tiffany is excellent and very detailed with your lashes and pedicure. Individual lashes will last 3-4 weeks with proper care. Each technician is skilled at what they do and a few are more advanced than others. However, all employees work collectively as a team to satisfy the customer’s request. My favorite and only shop I will ever go to.

I love this place. My nail tech was Tony, he listened to what I wanted, was friendly as were the staff. I got a pedi and a full set and was super satisfied with both the service and the result of how my hands and feet turned out. I loved that it was a clean and organized. I surprised that even though I was a walk in, I was not treated different. I am so happy I found my go-to place. Thank you QCharm! ♡♡♡

My first time going in and Lily did AMAZING!!! I'm a bit particular about my nails and like to try different thing I see. Lily NAILED IT!!!!

I went in asking for black stiletto nails with roses on either ring finger, which is a full set I’ve gotten done at this shop before. I was told at the front desk “Show the picture to whoever does your nails and they can do them,” because I always bring a reference picture for the roses. I picked my colors as instructed, and sat down to wait. After badly shaping my nails and having me wash my hands, the nail tech got up and asked four other nail techs to do the roses before coming back and informing me they were “all busy.” All I got in response to my saying that I was told I could get the nail art done was a hurried “They’re all busy, I’m sorry.” I accepted the plain black gel polish but found it to not be opaque, and to have bubbled on my middle finger.
This was supposed to be the set of nails I had for my wedding tomorrow, and if I wanted plain black nails I could have just done them myself. I was temped to not even pay for the shoddy service and will definitely not be returning.

032119... I've been looking for a place not only for me but for my mother too. I don't do today stuff just a good simple mani and pedi with a good massage. We don't use fake nails or sometime not even color we just want to relax, enjoy and great customer service. Lilly and Tony were amazing we got the detox pedi, reg mani and even my eyebrows. The service, the job and atmosphere was great. Will definitely come back and try out the volcano combo and will update. I recommend them to everyone.
