I've been going to this place since it opened and have known the owner for close to 10 years. I've never had any issues and never disappointed when I leave. They all are professional and friendly. The owner, Lilly, is very knowledgeable about different types of nail techniques as well as permanent makeup and other salon services. She's always learning new things. I recommend this place!

I had quit going to Lilly's because of the very aggressive sales pitch to go deluxe, get gel etc but went again with my sister. I told her to decide before going in exactly what she wanted and be prepared for the hard sell. We told the tech that we wanted a regular pedicure. We were given the repeated sales pitch and after looking at the menu decided to go with the deluxe for just $5 more. We did get a great pedicure but upon checking out were told our services were $41 instead if the $28 on the menu. They informed us that they were very sorry WE misunderstood them. There was no misunderstanding...we were asked if we would like a deluxe...we confirmed we wanted a deluxe pedicure. Told us everything they had done and that we owed $41 for some kind of special, most expensive pedicure. After much discussion we gave up and paid. Every time I have gone to Lilly's something like this happens. I encourage everyone to go right across to Queen Bees.

This place was a disappointment. I went in for just a pedicure, they asked if I wanted the deluxe i said no. They asked if I wanted a manicure I said no. They asked if I wanted my eyebrows done I said no. They asked if I wanted gel I said no. They pushed again o all the services they just asked me about I said I don’t want anything but a pedicure. The girl rushed through my pedicure and then disappeared. I’m 8 months pregnant nobody helped me roll my pants back done, nobody helped me out my shoes back on. They saw my struggling to put my shoes on but nobody bothers to assist me or check on me. There was a couple next to me who got the deluxe pedicure and everyone attended to them with drinks and help. I was ignored. When I went to pay the with my card the girl asked if I have cash for a tip. After the way I was treated I didn’t leave a tip. The price was not worth the service.

This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I came in today because on Saturday I had ripped off one of my nails accidentally, came in to get my acrylics removed and gel put on my regular nails so they would be thicker since one ripped off. First off Cindy didn’t cut them evenly so I had to go home and file them down. Secondly they charged me 50$ for just gel over my nails and I usually pay 40$ for a new set.

What nice people. They did an exceptional job on my nails and the pedicure. The entire shop makes you feel like your At home with your sistets! Ask for Shyla. She is terrific!
