I brought my daughter here today, to get her nails done as a gift for her 13th birthday tomorrow. 2 different techs, mom and daughter, did my daughter's nails. Mom did the full set and daughter painted them. They were so friendly, so kind. Very attentive. They took their time to be gentle with my daughter's sensitive cuticles (from her trying to cut them herself approx. a week ago and making them sore😕) I now can say for myself that I have no complaints and do not understand any negative reviews. This salon felt very family friendly, prices are very reasonable and they are definitely up to par with the newest nail trends. Great job ladies! We both Left very happy and I cant wait to come in this week when my children are at school. I am looking forward to building a long lasting customer relationship at your salon. Thank you for doing my daughter's nails just the way she wanted in the photo she showed you!

To the client below me, I'm sorry you had such an experience. However, we can not fix your nails if you got your nails done at a different salon recently. Unfortunately, to fix your nails you would have to get a completely different set. We informed you this many times. Again I am sorry you felt a certain way, but it is extremely difficult to fix another Salon's work, especially since every place is different.

Nails were different sizes, Bigger on right hand and smaller on left. Politely asked to make sure they were the same size and got attitude. Clear coat was put on my nails and something black was in it and got on one of my nails and had to be redone. Mona got an attitude and started slamming things because she had to fix it. After she walked away, I asked her mom if she was mad at me? She smiled/giggled and said nothing. So, I basically just sat there and held back tears because I was upset. I left with my thumb nail way longer on one hand that I had to file and fix myself because I was afraid to say anything. My nails are also thicker on one hand and look kind of weird. I have always been respectful to them and gave them a second chance with something that made me upset at a prior visit because almost everyone deserves a second chance and because of the convenient location near my house but after this experience, I will never go back.

Went with a friend. Moneek does a nice job. Very courteous and pleasant conversations. It was a bit of a wait due to number of customers but not too long and worth it.

Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde service. You may be treated well when you come there, then come again and you may receive extremely rude and borderline disrespectful treatment. Once they actually made my daughter pay before they would even start her nails. They didn't ask anyone else to pay first. Totally unacceptable. You couldn't pay me to go back there.
