Best pedicure I've ever had. Really nice nail tech, professional looking space, and all at a very reasonable price. Also liked being able to schedule online. I'll be back next time I'm in Miami, FL .

This was literally THE WORST experience of my life. I only came here for the first time to do my hands because my usual place was slammed packed. The only nail tech named Tom is the rudest person ever. He has absolutely no customer service skills and will become very rude if you ask questions. He literally told me “Do not tell me how to do my job and if I don’t like it to not come here anymore” when I simply asked him to round off the edge of my nails. All of the other customers were shocked how he treated me. I looked up the reviews to see if I was the only one that experienced this and sure enough I wasn’t. Also, to top it all off he charges different prices to different customers. Which is why he doesn’t put up signs of his set prices.... because he doesn’t have set prices. He charges what he wants. The nail lady named Maria that did my pedicure was super sweet and really good and told me the pedicure was $20 before I went to pay. Then I went to pay and Tom tried to charge me $30 and tried to rip me off by $10 which I told him it was $20 as the lady told me. So please DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I've been going here about every 3 weeks and my nails have yet to be healthier!

The worst costumer service ever received. The whole time the one nail technician they have was arguing with me because 1.he over charged me a different price from what he dated on the phone, ONCE The acrylic was already on. 2. Then told me he had to charge me more because it was coffin shape. And 3. Because he lied and said he could do as the picture I showed him and once again in the middle of his work he wants to tell me he doesn’t have that glitter. I asked him to please fix it I want a light pink not the pearl color he left and told me no it doesn’t look good and argued to fix it. never been to a business where the goal isn’t to give what the costumer wants and it’s paying for!!!

They say the open at 9:30 but they only have one nail tech and you have to wait 3 hours for the other techs to come in.
This place used to be good when tommy and Tiffany were here but now it has become so unprofessional and rude and to add extremely over priced.
Do not waste your money!
