Honestly was looking very forward to going to this salon. I follow them on Instagram and their work is AMAZING! However, their posts are only specific to one nail tech which is the owner. Your nails will be nice but does not compare to their social media posts. It's like you have to be part of her secret club to get your nails done by her (Ming) or else they throw you to whoever. I have no problem whatsoever paying for QUALITY which I was expecting from seeing on Instagram. But they are so expensive for something that's basically a catfish. Also when you text to make an appointment, they are EXTREMELY, and I cannot stress this enough, EXTREMELY RUDE! Mind you I had an appointment for 2:30 and was not serviced till almost 4. Their customer service is atrocious for them to expect top dollar, I expect excellent service but you most certainly will not get that here.

So I’ve been trying to make an appointment since last year and every time they kept on saying next month next month then I heard thery were working in there home now finally I made an appointment i let them know 24 he before I needed to switch my appointment but then they want a deposit never heard such thing anywhere then I tell them oh ok I’ll keep my original appointment they go it’s gone how my appointment is gone within 5 min please so rude never again
