Bad customer service. The absolute worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. Lady went right ahead and cut my cuticles then proceeded to the full set (only thing I asked for was a full set) she tells me I'm lucky and she won't charge me for the $10 manicure, instead $5 for the manicure when all she did was cut my cuticles. Didn't mention it would be an additional $5 before she just did it. I told her Thats not cool I wasn't asked wether or not I wanted them cut. Apparently you are supposed to pay for whatever they feel like doing.
Once the lady began doing my full set she truly didn't take her time. She was not trying to get the glue on sizes right, put way too much glue and left them SO uneven I was so persistent on her to get them even and fix how bulky they looked. I seriously wanted to cry because it came out looking nothing like what I asked for! On top of all of how bad it looked her attitude was terrible! I asked her two times to fix the obvious crooked parts when the shape is different on each nail. I even showed her a picture of the shape I wanted before she started. The third time I asked could she fix that she said no it looks fine already trust me go wash your hands but really?? How freaking rude is that! I could've paid 30 for a much nicer full set. I don't understand how they don't care about their customers. I'm so pissed they were so rude and not professional about it
Its rare that I even leave a review but If you are looking for a good full set just Do Not go to this place

Honestly let’s just say this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had the people were Tacky and rude the service was terrible my nails look crusty and ugly She was so cheap on the product she used and overcharged me dramatically ,do yourself a favor and never come here it’s so not worth the risk and a terrible atmosphere not to mention overpriced and dissatisfied The lady completely ignored me and spoke over me when I was trying to explain she just does what’s easy for her I did not work to satisfy you

I asked if thr lady could make them skinnier/narrow and she got upset, I wanted coffin top. There's so much crust around my nails im not satisfied
