Horrible horrible customer service. I came in just a few ago and they had me sit down at one of the chairs after picking my nail color . Well about 10 mins roll by and 2 more customers come in and they took care of them right away .Just left me sitting there. I am appalled and feel very disrespected and definitely will not be back there again that's for sure. I'm from out of town and just wanted to get my nails done but that was the most disrespectful scene I believe I've encountered. Idk how they are still in business

If I could I would give this place a 0... Seriously don’t no how this place is still in business! I don’t usually come here! I understand why my regular nail salon stays packed out in Travelers Rest if even a 1/3 of the women have ever been in here! I love my nail salon ! I will make sure that I never let my nails get to the point we’re I have to go somewhere else! Lesson learned! 😡They should get a (F) rating from DEHC for not sterilizing their pedicure tools!! I just watch this tech use the same tools on 2 different ladies! Gross!!!! That’s how diseases are spread!!

I was here visiting my mom and needed a fill-in, read reviews on this place and it seemed OK so I went.. I had two nails that were coming off (my regular nail salon doesn’t charge me to fix those and I’ve never been to a place that has charged) but she told me they would be extra to fix and that it would be $50 all together.. I say that’s a little high but ok... well AFTER my nails are done she tells me she “fixed” for nails as if I was expected to pay for nails she fixed that were not broken to begin with, I said no, you said 50 so I’m paying 50... she calls her manager over and he says “ok you pay $50”... didn’t realize until today almost 2 weeks later that they charged my card $70!!!!! And my nails were crooked and wide. Quality is horrible and customer service is even worse. Debating seeking legal action. I know it’s just $20 but imagine who else they’re doing this to.. definitely do not recommend and if you do go be sure to pay in cash and not leave until you are satisfied.

My eyebrows look great but terrible customer service. The lady who waxed my brows told me she was finished and walked out the room. She didn't hand me a mirror or tell me how much it was. She took my cash, handed me my change, and didn't say thank you/have a nice day NOTHING.

This was just ok, the nails were pretty, but one of my nails split down the middle, thru the nail bed.
