Do not let Barbie cut your hair.
Her technique is questionable, if she was professionally trained at all. I had to stop her as she proceeded to blunt cut my hair straight across at the sides. She left nothing to work with and I had to chop all my hair off to make it look normal (I left to go elsewhere to fix what she did, but the damage was already done). The manager did ask if HE could try to fix it, but I didn't trust them anymore. I offered to give her a little cash for the wash and her time. She demanded I pay in full, but the manager said no, I did not have to. She exclaimed "oh, you just like to complain. I don't want anything from you!"
Damn straight I complain when you Butcher my hair and have no right to be working at a salon!

I WAS BURNED THERE BY THE CURLING IRON AND MY EXPENSIVE HAIR WAS CUT TOO SHORT; I STILL TIPPED THEM AND FULLY PAID FOR SERVICES. WHEN I REPORTED WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OWNER, HE CALLED ME A MONKEY, REFUSED ALL REFUNDS AND CLOWNED ME IN THE SHOP SOMEHOW BLAMING ME. HE WAS VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL!

I am not usually one to write reviews and typically don't like getting my hair done, however, this salon has me excited to come back again. The level of care that was put into my hair, and making sure that I left happy with it, was/is amazing! I don't live in Hollywood, but will definitely come back here to get my hair cut.
