I walked into tangelz with healthy, long hair. I was looking for a change so I had the stylist cut my hair semi short and put some blond highlights in. Once she was done and I looked in the mirror it seemed okay. When I got home I paid more attention. My hair was cut very choppy. It looked like I had my hair frosted instead of simple highlights. The worse part was that over the next few days my hair started breaking and was very course and dry. I tried to have another salon fix it but they said that the person who did it had completely overprocessed my hair and I had to wait. I have ended up spending so much more to try to FIX the damage that Tangelz did. I am one very upset client and will never return. I am actually considering suing them because, at this point, I might have to get a boy cut and wear a wig.
