Been going here for years. Carlos does a great job everytime. His wife Lori keeps track of appointments and the money. Smart wife! Each stylist rents their own chair. A bad review of a single stylist is not fair to the entire business. Most have been there for years and are very polite and professional. I have known Cynthis one of the owners over 20 years, she is attentive to the shop's needs. An appointment is recommended.

I found a stylist on ig (braid by wire Eboni) booked appointmentand for 12/3/2019 she was 15 min late didn't seem to care. Then took a consultation client that had an appointment after me. So I never got seem and sat there watching them for 45min. I told her I was her 1100 appointment she said ok one sec and sat him in the chair and started working on him no explanation or anything all good. Customer service is a true dying art!!!

Great Salon! Love all of the hairstylists but my girl is Denise! Been going to her for the 3 Cs.....cut, color and confiding for over 15 years!! ❤❤
