If you’re new to the area and looking for a new place, do not come here!! I was excited to have a salon nearby to get my nails done since I am a flight attendant and need to have them done all the time. I came in and chose to do a dip pretty purple color (picture shown). I paid $50 for this service. The next day, I woke up to my nails a complete different ugly tan color with blue-like stains on them (picture shown). I was so upset. I went back to talk to them but I worked a 6 day shift the following day and couldn’t get them done. I said to please remember me because I want the ugly color gone and they said okay. I went back 7 days later when I came back from my work trip, showed her the pictures and I said “do you remember?” The manager said “this was 3 weeks ago”. I said “no, I was at work for 6 days. This was about a week ago.” Point is, they only took the dip off but I lost my $50 AND the nails started to chip within that week anyway. Horrible!! Save your money and go to downtown Alameda instead!

Do not go to this hair salon!!
I don’t understand why this hair salon has all the good reviews. But let me tell you, Don’t trust the reviews. This is the worse hair salon I ever been to. I made an appointment for my mom and my auntie to have a hair styling and at the end my auntie did her hair herself because they don’t know anything. If you want have a good stylist don’t go there. People works there don’t know what they doing and they don’t communicate with the customer. I try to talk to them and they were giving us attitude the whole time and keep arguing with us. I will never go back to this place and I will spreading words to all my neighbors.
PS: waste of money and time. End up we have to go another hair salon to redo the styling.

They are amazing. I swear by Vicky she is the only person I’ll trust for my gel nails at any salon. The ladies also do awesome haircuts and color for men and women. And they are SO SO sweet, OMG. 🙂💅🏿

Called and made an appointment then was rudely refused service due to a groupon. I just needed about an inch trimmed off, which did not warrant their full price. One gentleman came and tried to rescheudle an appointment with me. He was very kind, but the lady at the front desk was the reason for this negative review. She seemed to have time for me if I was willing to pay full price though. I immediately got a refund and will not be returning due to how this was handled.

Hidden gem in Bay Farm! I just had the worst pedicure of my life in Thailand and all I could think about was how much I couldn't wait to come home and get my nails fixed by these talented ladies. The owners are wonderful and fun to talk to.
