Two stars because the pedicures are pretty good. This is not my second, but third gel manicure here that’s peeling off in well under one week. Was pressured to get it done, I explained that the quality in the past was poor, and was told this time they would have someone do it “really good”. Well, 3 1/2 days later, it’s peeling off. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice shame on you, fool me three times.. you get a bad review!

It was my first time at Luxury Nails, and I was not disappointed! Staff did a fantastic job on my gel manicure. The nail polish lasted 3 full weeks without peeling!! Definitely make an appointment because the salon is very busy always.

Staff did an excellent job. She kept the shape and evened out the length of my existing set. Very quick yet perfectly done. I am from Jacksonville so based on Yelp reviews alone I selected this salon. Thanks for not letting me down fellow yelpers!

I was greeted when i walked in. The girl that was as told to perform my pedi didn’t seem so pleased. The pedi was minimal and she put no effort. When she finished she said her boss would cash me out. As she walked away she said something in her native tongue and a guy came and stood in the area . As I stood up he directed me to the front as if o didn’t know where I’d be paying. He alerted the lady at the front I was on my way. What’s ironic is they didn’t do that with the Caucasian clients. IF YOU’RE A MINORITY SPEND YOUR $$$ ELSEWHERE.

I LOVE this nail salon. All of the ladies and gentlemen are always so nice, friendly and welcoming. They’re very clean too!
