Very rude brother and sister duo. Feel like everytime I go there I'm always paying a different price. This was my last time at that salon, complained cause I didn't want to tip. I complained cause I kept having g to ask for my feet to get re done. I'll tip when it's due. But not when doing a bad job which I usually like their work. Walked out with wet polish so I can go home and fix it. Not worth the walk from my house never again.

They are rude as hell!!!! They will tell you they are not doing anything for you unless it is what they want to do. They literally watched the tv and ignored me because I wasn't agreeing to what they wanted to give me. How are you a nail technician and denying a paying customer? They deserve to get shut down.

This place is terrible, I got my nails done with gel and the lady only painted 3/4 of my nail. You could see that each nail was missing some nail polish and she would not fix it . She said that if I turn it the other way you can't see it , my friend got a pedicure and she cut her nail crooked so she asked if she could fix it and she refused to. This place is horrible the service is terrible, the people are rude and ignorant. The only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because there isn't one less. I suggest going to sweety's and going to victor, that's where I've been going and if you pay with cash they give you a card for money off the next time you come. That's the only good nail salon I know and they're not expensive.

This is by far the worst nail shop I've ever walked into. The people that frequent this place look like criminals drug addicts from the worst part of Bridgeport very loud ghetto stink of weed smoke . The owners are rude ignorant they dont sanitize anything!!! I observed they Used same tools on all customers I wouldn't recommend any decent person to visit this place

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional service. Older gentleman grabbed my hand and pushed it into the UV gel polish machine when I politely asked him to give me an extra coat of polish because the gel was thin and the coat appeared uneven on both hands. He began to become agitated and speak to female co worker in Korean about it in front of me and began to push my hands and insist that I was wrong about the polish on my own hands. I would never go there again. Horrible customer service.
