I got a spray tan by Rachel and it was absolutely amazing. She knew what she was doing and helped me decide how dark to go, since I was not sure. She also made it very comfortable. I will definitely be going back because of the amazing service and the great turn out!! I also was told that she uses an all natural spray tan, which I love.

I had my hair done by someone else who ended up missing a spot right in the front of my hair. I called Studio Allure to see if someone could put at few highlights to cover up the missed spot. Jenny Haley answered the phone and told me she could squeeze me in between other clients. I showed up and and she was running behind already so to say she rushed through doing my hair is an understatement, she didn’t put a smock on me, threw 4 foils on my hair in about 35 secs and when it was time to rinse my hair out I got a 15 sec “wash” and had to brush and dry my own hair. After all of that I still thanked her and paid her $25 and went home with a wet head. The next morning when I was doing my hair I noticed the spot was still there. I immediately texted her a picture of my hair and asked if we could please make it right. She told me to come in the following evening. I texted her to confirm our appointment and also to verify that this appointment would be free since what I paid her previously for didn’t fix my hair. Unfortunately she basically said it was my fault she was so rushed and maybe if she had more time and more foils in that it would have fixed it and the only way she would refix my hair would be to charge $5 a foil. I’m very disappointed with her lack of professionalism and accountability. Needless to say I canceled our appointment and will NEVER be going to JENNY HALEY again.

Wonderful experiences from the Esthetician Rachel to hair with Rebecca and Nicole I have yet to be disappointed! Highly recommend these ladies!
