This place is my favorite! So clean. The staff are so friendly. They also do a great job and don't rush. I recommend them all the time! Love Nancy. That's who I go to. Great pricing btw.

I’ve never been so angry after getting my nails done.Awful service. Got there at 9:30AM, 12:30PM only my manicure was done and still had pedi to do. The Tech Kathy kept jumping from me and another customer. Had me waiting all this time and still didn’t get a good result at the end. Over charges people, charges $5 to SHAPE your nails! Doesn’t listen to customers request and blatantly shows that they’re annoyed when you ask for something ( like going over a spot they missed while painting your nails). A waste of $48 Manicure. After waiting so long for the mani, they left me there still waiting to get the pedi done, while they chat around and laugh. I got up, dried my feet, paid for the horrible manicure and left to go to a different salon to REDO EVERYTHING OVER! That’s how bad it was! Just lost a customer and I will make sure to alert everyone in the area about this place.
You don’t even deserve a 1 star! Throw the whole salon away!

I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life than I was by the woman in the photo. She said she "didn't have a name" when I asked and told me "I don't care" when I stated that I felt she was being rude to me. My nails were also inconsistent shapes and lengths, and the polish is uneven. I highly recommend you do not visit this salon.

I tried to love this place. I really did. I love their nail polish set up (by colors). I love their variety with polishes. I like that they use individual cuticle trimmers and nail files.
But their work quality falls short most times. I've been here a few times. There were probably one or two instances where I thought my nails came out really good. But mostly it's the nail technician rushing with my nails to finish quickly and that leaves my nails looking sloppy.
It upsets me because I'm paying for a service (I tip 99% of the time) and it's provided to me in the worst way. The customer service isn't horrible so I can't really complain on that front but the way my nails are done most of the time makes me feel more like money coming into their business than a potential long-lasting client.
After my last time there, I've decided not to return which really saddens me. I'm glad other people have better experiences but I, for one, do not feel the same.
