Awful customer service. This is the worst nail salon I have been to in Richmond va. The owner of the salon is extremely rude as well as the staff. They throw your hands and tell you to shut up. If I could give this piece of trash place 0 stars I would. Definitely will be contacting the BBB. Wish they could shut this place down.

They do you nails how they want to. Please don’t go close to closing time. They did a rush job.

Nail Technician/Staff was rude. Displayed total disregard on "what" was requested. Bottomline, they will do your nails their way.
