The staff at Monarch is pleasant and caring towards their patients needs. They explain everything completely and always make sure the patient understands the procedure, instructions to follow and costs. They make getting appointments easy and get you in same day for an emergency. the staff is great to work with ( especially Crystal and Kayla) and I would highly recommend them. The level of care provided by both Dr. Horner and Dr Deepok was exceptional, professional and above all they always had my best interests in mind.. Will definitely go back!!

This place is awesome!! I was in sever pain to the point of tears they immediately did an exam told me what was wrong and how it could be treated. They were very nice and explaned everything to me. I previously saw a dentistry that morning they did nothing to help& monarch went above and beyond. I'm proud and excited to have monarch as my new dentistry.

I am dissatisfied with the fact that I was not advised how much I would pay for Teeth Cleaning even though they quoted 15 dollars over the phone. They end up doubling that and not letting me until the services were completed, which I found completely shady. I plan to look for somewhere else to go. Even when this lady was cleaning my teeth she was rough and did not give me enough time to clear the slavia and water she used to rinse to keep me from choking. I honestly dislike they gave me flouride without enlighten me on the charge. Then they charge me 10 dollars in addition to my 15 dollar copay with Delta Dental. I look forward to going somewhere else and canceling my future visits. I had enough of the hassle.

Been coming here on and off for about 4 years. The newest dentist is great !! Very knowledgeable, nice, understanding.. he isnt there for your money he is there to make you better,feel better or give you some advice on your mouth. I'll never stop going.

I was very nervous i need a lot if work done and to be honest a little embarrassed, but the doctor and staff were AMAZING they made me feel at ease. I would 100% recomend them.
