Had gel manicure and deluxe pedicure on a Tuesday and by Friday polish on one toe coming off and gel starting to lift on 2 nails. By Sunday it was 3 toes and 3 fingers. Couldn't get in until Tuesday afternoon because of work, by then it was 4 toes with no polish and 5 fingers of lift. They said they would do a polish change on my feet that I would just come back for fill. After doing polish change told me it would be $10!!!!! When I asked why I was being charged was rudely told I would have to pay for polish change on toes and it was time for a fill on the fingers. One week after spending $80 one week prior and a very good tip to both employees, totalling well over $100! Not happening.

Went to them 3 days ago got my lashes and a full set smh some up this morning my whole entire lash was in my bed looking like a strip I don't know when they started using that cheap glue but I won't be back I make a 90+ minute trip for nothing smh waste of time gas and energy

I went for a pedicure and gel polish manicure today. I’m not pleased with how my fingernails turned out. There are several fuzzies (from the cotton balls, I believe) that were coated with nail polish. The nail tech also cut my cuticles too deep resulting in a pretty uncomfortable cut. I will not visit again.

I found my new go-to spot for nails. Another salon had messed up my nails and Tommy's fixed them perfectly for very cheap! I love them so far.

I love my this and nails, the lady that did my eyebrows was excellent!
