Friendly employees, great products, great sales, shade matching is done here and they have several foundation options to choose from, from a BB cream, liquid foundations, pressed powder and loose powder in original (kind of a light shimmer, glowy dewy look) and in matte (no shimmer),you're bound to find the product that's right for you, I bought their getting started kit as it had been a while since I had worn their makeup (any makeup), so I was shade matched, and bought the kit which had a keepsake makeup bag, Flawless Face brush, original and matte foundations, warmth, mineral veil, and primer, all for $29. When I got it home, I opened it to find 2 matte foundations instead of 1 matte, 1 original (original is my favorite), so I just called and explained the issue, and I was able to go in and the lady helped me find a kit with the right products and I went home happy. I will be going back when the kit runs out, and to find more products. I recently used the kit, the products are just as I remembered them.

10 mins before closing my husband and I walked in, and were greeted immediately by both employees. One of them came right over to offer assistance. I am a complete newbie regarding makeup but all I knew was that a NARS sample had once worked for me. Monica was quick to offer help to sample shades. She even showed me how to apply it myself. I don’t know about brushes either and she gave me a quick 101 on the importance and uses of brushes. She explained all the discounts available to me and helped me save a lot. I left with a new NARS foundation (retail $40), a bareMinerals brush (retail $28), a mineral veil (retail price $27) and a complete bareMinerals gift set for less than $75 total. Incredible service. We left a few minutes after closing time, happy and more confident about my future makeup sessions. Thanks Monica

This place was great! I had gone to Ulta to buy make up but after 3 associates walked by without asking if I needed help, I left and came here and even though the store had a number of customers, I was greeted right away and offered assistance. I will most definitely be coming back here for all my make up needs! I think the lady who helped me was named Sarah and she was absolutely fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and her color matching skills were amazing. She was also honest and helpful and I was so thankful!

Excellent customer service. Found some good prices on new products to try. Great shopping experience. I'll drop by the next time I'm at the outlets!
