Mara was absolutely Wonderful and amazing. She is highly knowledgeable and very helpful and patient. She knew Exactly what to do to help me. Highly personable, friendly and fantastic! Loved her service and personality. Would highly recommend her services.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. The girl there clearly needs help or a new job. She either doesn't know anything or simply doesn't want to help anyone. I’ve been in there three different times and seen different circumstances and she was able to help NOBODY. Do better with the training or get a new staff , management included. #boostneedsaboost

The customer service at this location was very poor. We arrived at 6:40pm and I was very aware that the store closes at 7:00pm. Boost customer service advised that we could come to the store for assistance of getting a phone activated. The store representative Pineiro cracked the door and stated that if we weren’t making a payment she can’t help and she can’t do anything technical because she closes at 7pm.
She then reluctantly let us in the store and when we advised of the issue she stated she needs to contact her manager in order to get approval to stay overtime bc activating a new phone takes a long time. After I asked for clarification on her denying service so that I can report this to corporate customer service, she agreed to help. She then pointed out the prices of the phones and plans and blatantly asked if we had the debit or cash to pay for it. First off, why would I enter an establishment to make a purchase with no money?
She then inquired did I have the name of the person who told me to come to the store. Why does that matter? While activating the phone, she started tapping her feet around huffing and puffing about the time it took to get the phone to activate.
She then chose to start counting her till down and slamming drawers out of impatience and frustration.
To be clear, the entire transaction was over at 7:07pm. It does not matter if we arrived at 6:59pm. It is your job to assist until your closing time. It was very inappropriate and unprofessional to not want to provide assistance because you were ready to go. Please take a training on customer service skills and professionalism Pineiro or choose another job profession.

Zach is super amazing and sweet! He is very knowledgeable and helped us out and was super friendly. I called him the Sunday before and he helped me out then thank you so much zach!
