LOVE Primp & Polish Greenpoint!! I live in Williamsburg and have another P&P closer to my house but really like the Greenpoint location best. Wendy and Ling are my go too's, they both ROCK!! Cant say enough good things about them or the salon. It's a great atmosphere, clean and everyone is so nice. The prices are good and the service is impeccable.

I wanted to treat myself to a luxurious pedicure, so I decided to try their Milk & Honey option. It was truly overpriced and disappointing. I'm still upset that I wasted $60. Custom foot bath equaled plain water with a bunch of product grossly swirling around when the scrub and wrap were later applied. Speaking of that wrap, I had to tell the technician to remove a long piece of someone else's hair that was caught inside. To top it off, the manager didn't seem to care that I was visibly unhappy with this service. I pass this spot at least once a week, but I will never step foot in there again.

I've been a few times and every time my manicure and pedicure will not dry for hours. I really enjoy the workers and the services but for $55 my manicure and pedicure are not usable a few hours. I ended up having to go to a corner shop and having to get it fixed for half the price. I did sit under the fan for over 15 minutes on hand and 45 minutes for feet. My feet are in the photo. I've never experienced a pedicure that is still not dry 5 hours later.
I'm conflicted but this place is not worth the price tag.

Always a pleasant experience. This is the second location I visited. Dolman did a great job with my eyebrows and Sophia with my manicure. They are very efficient.
