Very good professional place. I will recommend. My gel polish is absolutely stunning. Good Price good service.
The only thing they should improve on is being more friendly towards customers.

I used to be a regular here because the service was good for the right price but in the past few months the customer service has decreased insanely. Also, some of th technicians are not good at their job at all!! I got a acrylic full set, coffin shape last week, the guy who did my nails was named Kent & he did my nails the worst I’ve ever had them. He didn’t repair the 3 nails that were obviously lifting from the nail bed, he was watching the World Cup in his phone the entire time he did my nails, he skipped multiple steps in the process, he left so much polish in my fingers & didn’t clean it up until I asked him to & he cut me FOUR times. The only person worth going to at this salon is Tracy, she always does a great job on my nails & takes care to make sure that I am satisfied. This salon deserves 1 star but I gave 2 only because Tracy is so good.

Tried this place for the first time the other day and WILL not be going back. One of the worst places I’ve ever been to. Since I had never been there before I called to get prices on services before going in. Was ok with what they told me. Went in and the girl I had broke one of my natural nails and was likes oops it broke ok let’s move on. Then I tried letting her know how I wanted them shaped and she kept filing them how she liked I guess cause they were not how I wanted. On top of they were all different lengths. Once we finally got close to the shape that I wanted I noticed the nail she broke still needed some shaping and when I mentioned it to her she was like I can’t because it’s soft. Um no it’s just because you broke it. Then when I went to go pay I noticed they were charging me more than I was quoted on the phone. So i asked them why and after 3minutes one of the ladies came up and said fine we’ll give you a $3.00 discount. Um again what happened to the price I was quoted on the phone. Well because my daughter age 12 (who’s services they were trying to over charge me on) was taller than they thought qualified for her age that’s why they were going to charge me more. Not my fault my daughter is tall for age. But I told them when I called they asked her age and I told them. If height was also a factor they should of said something. But they did not. Just very unhappy with services and will not recommend this place to anyone nor will I go in again to have my nails or anything else done there!

Worst manicure ever. I basically just paid $14 for someone to simply paint my nails. I could have done that myself, and with polish that hasn’t been compromised by the adding of acetone to thin it out, might I add. Why should I be penalized because I don’t want anything fancy? No gel, no acrylic, I just wanted a good basic manicure! So because the ticket is low, all technique goes out the window? The technician used no cuticle remover, no cuticle oil, did not clean under my nails, and did not remove the cuticle from the nail plate until I asked her to do so. I figured it was a battle I’d lose with the language barrier and all so I simply accepted the bad service. What a disappointment. My nails were in bad shape which is the only reason I wanted a manicure to begin with. I doubt it, but hopefully this will encourage you to teach your technicians the proper manicure process for the sake of the rest out your customers because I, for one, will not be returning.

Please don’t go here. They are rude. I went there yesterday and the manager seemed to not be there but the employees treated me like absolute trash. One of the girls messed up my nails (cut one hand of nails shorter than my other hand and i wanted it medium size not short) and when i complained, they ignored me. So i simply asked for them to remove then nails so i can go back to work. Bisken or Ken told me he would charge me $10 to remove something that the other girl messed up in the rudest way. When i asked for the manager he walked away. Im so upset, i was treated sooooo poorly for no reason. This made me so sad honestly. I hate this place im never going back.
