I had a horrible experience with this place. I scheduled for an up do way in advance for my wedding day.I was the first to arrive out of my bridal party. I walked in everyone gave me dirty looks And the nasty lady at the counter said I was scheduled for a blow out! And I said what is that? And she didn't answer and said I don't know that's what you're scheduled for and we can't see you today. I walked out of there in tears!!!! Thankfully Illusions in Parma was amazing enough to see my whole bridal party. I still cant believe how i was treated.
Update: Yes I posted on the correct place... I grew up in Parma. I scheduled it there because it was nearby and I heard good things. My wedding was July 21st last year. You can "check your records" all you want but you almost ruined my big day.

I absolutely love future directions! I have been coming here for 3 years and I get endless compliments on my hair. My hairdresser, Stephanie, is absolutely flawless at her job. She goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy and confident when I leave the salon. Would recommend to anyone.
