Don’t waste your money on this place. Spent $50 on a mani and pedi and asked for shelllac polish and within 3 days they were pealing off. Spent probably 5 minutes on my pedicure and didn’t even do a proper job. When i tried to explain what i wanted on my nails he kept rolling his eyes at me and everything was so rushed.

Horrible service, the guy that did my nails was basically rushing. I just spent $8O for a shellac mani and pedi and had my daughter with me get a regular mani and pedi. My nails look uneven and clumpy, like some else commented I basically spent money for someone to "slop polish on my nails". That is honestly the best description. I wished I would of read there reviews first.

Staff doesn’t welcome people, wash hands between manis or pedis, they don’t try to talk or help in any way. They hand you a ‘’menu’ but don’t explain it?

Went for mani-pedi. Manicure polish was peeling off the first day. Only spent about 7 minutes on manicure and pedicure was terrible! Didnt let my feet soak at all. Got irritated at me for telling them shorter didnt clean under tonail, filed for about 15 seconds. I do not know what the big rush was since there were 3 people working and i was the only one there. The foot scrub took under 3 minutes! Definately the worst mani-pedi ever! I basically paid 45 dollars for someone to slop polish on my nails . John better get back to his lexington kim nails. At this rate his business will be in the TOILET within a couple months!

Horrible... They did mine and a friends nails and messed up both of our nails. Didn't listen to the style or colors we wanted. I asked for colored tips they gave me white tips which within 3 days turned from white to an ugly beige color for some reason, she asked for silver glitter they gave her clear with sparkles. The nails were crooked on both of us, hers not even a week later are cracking around the edges. In the process of trying to remove my nail polish (which they didn't completely remove) I had on my nails prior to getting the acrylics they were so rough they managed to rip my cuticles to the point they were bleeding. Then they were extremely rough with the drills and nail files I ended up having deep cuts on every finger. Not to mention the naila weren't completely sealed so they already have started to come loose. Definitely not worth the price they charged us. Will never go back there again for nails.
