I am so very pleased with my mani and pedi! They did a phenomenal job! I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails designed and with a personal touch, they came out looking better that the photo I showed. This was my 1st time at Bally but no where near my last. The atmosphere was professional and inviting. I definitely recommend Bally Nails & Spa!

Everyone is very nice. I had gotten a gift card from a friend to try this place out. I went with my step daughter. We loved it so much I came back and brought both of my step daughters to enjoy this place. We all left with exactly what we wanted.

This was my first visit to Bally Nails. A very nice setup and the staff were also very nice. The service was also good, but I did not make it one day on my vacation and my nails started chipping and the cuticles looked bad. I paid $180 with tip for their deluxe manicure and pedicure. It was a 2 hour treat. However, I had to take time out of my vacation to go to the spa, since my nails looked so bad. I am out of town for 2 weeks. It is the most I have ever paid for spa services and not happy with the results. For whatever reason they did a better job on my toes.

Came in last night over an hour before closing, and the girls were clearly very, very annoyed. My friend and I got pedicures and the girls working on our toes were extremely unfriendly, unpleasant, and obviously did not want us there. When we walked in they were doing each other nails, and just seemed so mad that we even came in. They did a decent job with the pedicures, and the male working was quite nice and brought us wine and wished us happy holidays, but it was just so uncomfortable to be so clearly unwanted by the girls doing our nails. They sincerely didn’t smile one time.
