Rude. Messy job. Unfriendly. Don’t go here. Way too pricy for what you get. Randomly add taxes that don’t have any basis to your bill then pretend to not understand what you’re saying. I went here by mistake and decided to stay just because it seemed clean and no wait. You’ve been warned.

Wonderful, as always. Have been going there for years. Clean environment, clean, sterilized instruments, courteous, thorough service and reasonable prices. It's always a pleasure to go there! The massages make you want to sleep because they're so relaxing!

I have super thick hair that needs to be thinned out every few months. This can be a challenge for some stylists who don't know how to cut thick hair or don't have the patience to dry it! Davina listened to what I wanted and gave me the exact cut I requested, all in about an hour. All the ladies here are friendly, and I appreciated the small community vibes in the salon. No snobby stylists here! Only wish I had found them sooner.

Beyond rude. I always tip generously - when I get good service. I have gone here twice ( I thought the first time was a fluke) and the nail technician tried to bully me into giving more than the 20% tip that I was giving - for what was at best an average manicure. She tries to loudly embarrass you into giving a bigger tip. I live less than a block away, yet still go somewhere else, farther away just to avoid them.
