I’ve went there numerous times and received great service, but one day I went and I’ve never been again. I go all the way across town to get my nails done now and this shop is literally 2 minutes away from my house, so serious. The man who did my nails seemed frustrated because every glitter polish I chose was “too thin”(never had this issue with any other nails shop ever. They either do it in layers or advise me to pick a base color. He handled my fingers roughly as if they were disgusting. I was nothing short of polite to him the moment I stepped in until the moment I walked out deciding not to feed into it. I will never give them a dime again. I’ll go 20 minutes across town for great customer service. It actually hurt my feelings, but it’s cool. I don’t even leave reviews even if the service was bad, but I felt hurt when I left.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service! I spoke with the manager, Andy. He was a rude, uncaring, and arrogant man. I will never go back and I hate that I gave them one penny of my money. The pictures below are the difference in my right and left hand. The middle finger on my right hand is the reason for my visit. It was supposed to be a simple nail replacement but when the woman, Amy was working on it, I began to explain that the nail was much larger than the rest, it was huge, misshapened, and thick but no one would listen to me. It’s hard to see in the pictures but it looks horrible in person. When I asked if I could come back after work so that it could be fixed correctly, Andy told me to leave the store and called me fat!

Poor greeting service! It's as if they're irritated that you came in during their busy period for service lol. The head nail tech, trust you will know who is the head nail tech or owner of the establishment he is the rudest which unfortunately sets the temperament of the shop. If you are spending an adequate amount of money you will be serviced well but if you are only coming in for eyebrows, repolish, or fill in you are at the bottom of the barrel at this location. On this particular day there were 5 people wanting their eyebrows waxed in the waiting area and 3 mani/pedis. The mani/pedis of course got brought back first which was understandable. Instead of prepping them and gradually taking care of the eyebrow clients in between when time was permitted they literally did the mani/pedi entire process which had us waiting for over a hour for a 5- minute or less eyebrow waxed which is UNACCEPTABLE. I visit where the quality is but I am loyal to quality and service combined therefore this location will never have me as a loyal customer.

The one and only nail shop I go too! My nails are always on point and the longest wakt is about 30 minutes tops. Which isn't bad because you do want you nails done right !!!!
