After reading the bad reviews I still decided to go here and it was horrible service! I will never go back! Kim is the worse....I suggest you find another place if you want good customer service, neat nails, and not to have your services rushed...smh

I've been going to this place for about two years. For the last two months thr customer service has been HORRIBLE! I thought maybe I just went on the days that the nail tech (Kimmy) was having a rough day. I would mot recommend anyone going to this nail salon due to the poor/rude customer service!

I've been coming here over the years but today's experience was the worst ever. I got a simple manicure & pedicure. 1st the girl cut the hell out of my cuticles on my feet & my nail polish have bubbles in them. I told Kim who did my manicure & 1st she said I must've did something...umm I was sitting getting a pedicure so how did I do anything....Then she said it must've been dirt on my nails (8 of 10 have bubbles) ...How do my nails have dirt & I'm got a manicure? Then she said cause my nails have ridges & curve up is the reason for the bubbles.... I'm too thru. I asked for a manager of course none was available.... Kim got a even bigger attitude when I asked her name... I will never come back.....beware this place has went to the dogs it seems

I visit Kimmy for my nails. She is fast and does a great job. I get powder acrylic nails. She files them thinner than I have ever gotten, which is a plus for me. I go at least once a month. I've never had a problem with lifting or breakage.
She recommends that I relax my hands so she can do her "magic". If I tense up, that is when I notice I have minimal cuts on my finger. So I definitely make sure I relax!
I recommend this nail salon and Kimmy.

Took my daughter to get her nails done and she ended up with an infection on 2 nails. That place is gross! I wanted to talk to a manager and all of a sudden no one spoke English. I advise to never go there!
