I scheduled an appointment and was told to come in at 6:30. It was clear that I was getting a mani-pedi. I asked what time they closed, because I was surprised that I was scheduled for 2 services, that late in the evening. But I was informed that they’d be working late, that they generally close at 7. So, I found something to do for 2 hours before returning. Once my pedicure was complete (which was done very well), I asked where should I go for my manicure . After several minutes, and banter in another language was exchanged, I was told, “It doesn’t look like they want to do it.” There was no apology. I was told, “I understand your frustration”. One thing that I will not tolerate, is poor customer service. Consumers have choices, and I will not be returning.

So tried this place for the first time due to my sister coming and I reside in north Phoenix. I got a full set and was charged 70 however when I left I noticed 4 of the nails were not the same shape nor length as well as she cut me my middle finger. I asked for at least a 20 dollar refund and was refused and asked to come back to fix however due to going out of town it was not possible. Won’t be going back but at least I tried it out.

Awesome first experience here. Very clean and great selection of colors. The nail technicians speak great English (important when dealing with my broken foot), and are very kind and courteous. Can't say enough great things. I will definitely come back

LOVE this place! They are so nice, professional, and do an EXCELLENT SNS manicure and amazing pedicures! They take their time and make sure they do your nails to perfection. This is definitely my go-to place in Phoenix.
