The guy we had was wonderful. He talked to me and my husband like he had known us for years. He made my husband feel better about being there. He relates to us, kept the awkwardness to a minimum and made us feel important. We did not have to wait and he did well in not too long of an amount of time. I am happy with my service and will be going back!

Terrible customer service. The pedicure was pretty good but my SNS experience was awful. I picked out a color that looked like a light, neutral color. The nail tech did say that it was light but that was ok as I clarified I wanted a light, natural looking color that was opaque and she didn’t say anything in rebuttal. She then goes through the whole process (never asking once if I like the color) and proceeds to use a top coat that looks like it had been used on red nails previously. After she’s finished and everything settles, I realize my “light” color is actually CLEAR and now has a red tint because of the top coat. I explained to them that I didn’t understand that light meant clear and that I didn’t want red nails. As they were closing, I asked if I could come back tomorrow to have the polish changed to an actual color. They said I could but that I would have to pay the full 35 dollars AGAIN to have the service done. They were not even willing to provide a discount and did not even offer anything close to an apology. Be warned, if you don’t like something, you’ll just have to deal with it. If you want good customer service, don’t go to Euro Spa.

Probably not the person to be rating since I have nothing to compare it to being as this was my first time getting a pedicure. But, I really enjoyed myself. Staff was friendly. The place was clean. The chairs were comfortable. Not sure what else you're looking for..all I know is, it definitely beats bending down and doing it myself and for that reason alone, I'll be back.
