Lana is efficient, professional and the best beautician I have ever ever been to (and I e been to a lot) - she is also just a genuinely lovely person who makes the experience enjoyable (even when it's waxing!!)

Lana was so friendly, personable and completely professional! The atmosphere was very clean. My waxing was so quick and painless! She used only the highest quality products and was very thorough!
