1st time visiting this location. Kelsey was the employee who assisted me & she was very sweet. I believe there was only 1 other person tanning while I was there, so I didn't have to wait for a bed, which was the 1 concern I had before arrival. I had heard from people at other PBT locations how incredibly small the Lakeway location. Having a limited number of beds & being the only PBT in the area, I was pretty sure a wait was in my future, but I was wrong. This was the only location in the "Austin area" that I hadn't ever visited. I had been wanting to check it out for quite some time. Yes, it's quite a drive if you live in North Austin, (almost to Pflugerville), but I'm glad I finally made the journey. The ONLY unpleasant thing about my visit was the temperature inside the salon. It was EXTREMELY HOT. I'm assuming the air conditioner was out, which was not good, considering it was over 100 degrees outside. I could barely feel a difference in temp when I walked through the front door, & it was even worse once I was in my room. (Which makes perfect sense.) I truly hope for the employees sake, something is done quickly to fix the ac. I am not reflecting the heat issue in my star rating as things happen. This was most likely temporary & couldn't have been avoided....at least that's what I'm guessing. Thanks again Kelsey for being such a gem. Next time I'm out that way, I'll definitely stop back by!

Used a week's worth of free tanning at the salon by printing their promotion online, and was very happy with my results. The place is well staffed and very friendly, and their beds were clean and I never had to wait for one to open. Would recommend this place!

Excellent service and high level low EMF beds along with a full line of spray tanning. They have locations all over the place and one's membership conveys the ability to tan wherever you are.

Horrible place. Customer service was rude and abrupt when I signed up. Then the company ended up combining my account with someone else's with the same first name and then the woman at the front desk tried to demand that I pay this persons late fees and payment from years ago. The tanning lotion was pushed on me every time, and then some bull about coconut oil being bad for your skin. I'm a biochemist. Enough said. I ended up only tanning a few times which was a few too many and a terrible first experience. I gave a 2nd star because the woman that helped me cancel my account was kind and informative. I wish I had seen her there before. Oh well. Save your pennies and time and go to a different tanning salon.

If you need a tanning salon in this area, there are no other options. There are plenty of beds of various intensity and spray tanning. I would like an option to pay for something like 10 tans when I get ready to travel to a beach somewhere instead of having to become a member. But, since they don't do that, I guess I'll be fine.
