Customer Service here is horrible!!! Was already inclined to not go back here after my first experience here, but my second one guaranteed it. Besides the fact that it was the most awkward nail experience I've had due to the dead silence in the salon (no music, no small talk), the nail tech tried to use tools on my hand that had money laying on top of it, they tried to make more money off of me by insulting my eyebrows and telling me to let them do them.
The SNS manicure I payed $35+tip for, which was supposed to last 2 weeks lasted 3 days. Nails started falling off doing normal things such as showering and getting dressed. When I went into the store for a refund, I spent a half hour on the phone with Lisa explaining the situation and having her yell that "they have to make rent" and refuse to give refunds. Her reasoning for my lousy manicure was "its our first time doing your nails so its not our fault that they fell off."
Now my nails are all ripped.

My sister and I have been going to Lisa @ Fancy Nails for 15+ years. I would not trust anyone else with my nails (powder gel) or my eyebrows. She has a loyal following for eyebrows and it is well deserved. I always receive compliments on the shape of my eyebrows. I highly recommend this business.

Great attention to detail, good massages, (gel) manicures that last 4 weeks, and Lisa does bomb eyebrows. Been going to her for 20 years.
