I am new to the area so decided to try this out as my “new nail place”. Boy what a mistake that was. I went in on a Monday and I got in right before they were absolutely slammed. I didn’t have an appointment. I wanted to try dip nails for the first time, and was excited to pick a pretty light pink color for summer. As I was getting my nails done more and more people came in who had appointments and they were obviously very busy. You could tell they were in a rush. I did not get my cuticles cut, no lotion, no hand massage or warm towel. Maybe that’s not included there, but I’ve never been to a nail salon that didn’t at least clean up your actual nail. That’s not even the worst part, when my nails were finished you could visibly still see the top of my nail through the dip polish. They look AWFUL. When I brought it up to the woman who was doing my nails she simply said “you picked too light of a color”. Why wouldn’t you put extra coats down then? Or not carry colors that don’t coat the nail/warn someone about that? I can’t imagine ANYONE getting nails like this and thinking it looks good. I’m sure if it wasn’t busy this could have been fixed or addressed, but they were just getting people in and out as it was close to closing time. I would’ve rather been turned away for a different date then waste $40 on nails that I am going to have to get redone tomorrow.

my nails turned out so well although i got no lotion and the lady was quite rough. i would recommend this place if you want to spend a lot of money if you don’t wanna pay much you get what you pay for

Love Cindy & Danny & the entire staff at ATWG! They always do an amazing job on my nails and always willing to go above and beyond. They are always busy so call and make an appointment and they will always try to accommodate you. They are genuinely nice people and remember their customers by name! Love it here!

Initially I got a gel manicure but it seemed to turn brown. I went into the store and told them and the owner was kind and replaced the gel with another one. It's obvious they care about their business and treat customers like family. I am thrilled with my new gel manicure!

When Danny does my nails they look so real. He really is talented.
