Love this place!! Always friendly. Good job especially for pedicures. But i don't like the guy that works here. Only the girls. He's very rude

I just moved to the area so I went out looking for a good nail tech to start seeing. I found this place really close to my house. I asked for what I always ask for when I get my nails done, a mani & a pedi, both with gel. I came back a few weeks later to have them done again. She had to use pure acetone on cotton balls wrapped in tinfoil to take the gel off but she only needed it on my manicure not my pedicure. ??? I said, “wait, does that mean, there wasn’t gel on my pedicure?” She said, “yes. there was no gel”
I’ll never go back to a place that would charge me for a pedicure with gel but cheat me out of the gel. Buh-bye 👎🏼

Horrible place !!! I got my nails done there tonight and they messsed up so bad and I asked for refund and wipe my nails cause wanted to go get it done somewhere else ! and they started screaming at me !!!! And I’m pregnant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I disbuted the charge from my bank already and that’s what they get for being very rude and not knowing how to speak with a pregnant woman ! JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE !

The man that works here doesn't know how to do Nail his rude Today he cut me he didn't even bother to say Sorry I just go there for Kim I love the way she does my pedi

Got a mani from the older man that works there and gel polish..it was on a Fri and today is monday the polish is bulky and not great on some nails and 1 completely lifted up and I peeled it off clean and the others are lifting on the edges ..Gel is supposed to last at least 2 weeks or am I wrong..hmmmm?? Wish me luck cause I'm going back today to see if they will redo it cause this isn't cool!
***Update*** So I went in and the lady reluctantly redid only 2 nails that 1 had no polish at all and the 2nd was the worst looking of the rest so at least I got that..but then a few days later even that nail polish lifted up and peeled off..either their gel needs to be replaced and or they need to learn how to apply it because I've never had this problem with gel before, on top of this I paid for a pedi that day and the girl that did it acted like it was a bother for her to be doing it and I can go on but it makes me mad just thinking about how poor it was done..I literally couldn't wait to leave!!! And Never going back! The rudeness is ridiculous as well I saw 2 people come in and get attitude for no reason just asking about service prices..Unfortunate!
