Been going here for over 5 years and they always do a wonderful job! Quick and efficient they are very friendly and have plenty of nail paint and services to pick from! I usually always tell them exactly what I need and if the person attending to me can't do it they make sure to get someone else to do it.

I’ve been here many times but it seems the service has gotten worse. There are as many as 30-40 employees and everything seems so rushed. Once during a pedicure the woman was using the pumice stone on an area that wasn’t even callused, while talking to the other employee next to her not paying attention and rubbed my skin raw. I ended up needing two antibiotics for 10 days. Gel manicures never last. My last pedicure, you could clearly tell the polish was no good anymore and instead of offering me another color she painted my toes anyways all goopy and it looked horrible!

Prior to heading out on vacation I called ahead for a first time visit to this salon and was pleasantly surprised with the care and time that the tech spent on my manicure and pedicure. Plenty of big screen televisions with a recent release movie showing, and yes they try to up sell you on everything but that’s par for the course. They did a great job and kudos to my particular tech.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I had a terrible experience both times I came here I was overly charge I only wanted a basic mani and pedi and they kept trying to up sale me I was not happy with that I told them not to use the file on the top part of my nail they did it anyways and I was very upset the paint came out horrible the woman rushed threw my pedi and when cutting my skin she kept cutting to deep and cause my skin to be irritated than put alcohol which burned my skin I left woke up the next day and my nails looked horrible went back to get it fixed and lady decided to scream across the entire room and everyone started to stare at me and told me if I wanted them fixed she would have to charge me another 15$ after I just paid a ton of money and told the woman I wasn’t happy with them before I left and now she wanted to charge me more so the lady did my Nails over again and was very rude was talking to the people next to her and laughing at me this place is definitely a nail sweatshop I wouldn’t recommend people to go here they rush you threw your nails and it’s suppose to be enjoyable and relaxing instead I’m cringing on not getting my skin cut off and they are so rough and there massages last for 3 mins they tried to charge me 60$ for a regular manicure and pedicure it was horrible never coming here again close this place down they have horrible customer service and they don’t clean there products correctly

I got a pedicure here before I went on my vacation. And a week later I have a infection in my big toe. The guy doing my pedicure was literally texting with gloves on while doing my feet it was so gross. He also scrubbed my feet so hard and on the bridge of my foot where it isn't rough at all and I'm only 20 so my feet arent really rough to begin with. It hurt so bad It was throbbing. The water was freezing and I wouldn't be surprised if the tools he used weren't clean well, he literally rushed me out and didnt do a good job at all. If u see a skinny young kid that dresses very well ask for someone else!!!
