I totally disagree that black people are unwelcome. I have been a happy customer for the last 12 years. I have never been treated poorly due to my race. My daughter is a customer, and I have recommended many other friends and neighbors, both black and white, and there have been zero issues. Sydney has been nothing but kind and gracious to me and my family. She is the main person who does my nails, however, I have had service from almost everyone in the salon, and my race has never been a problem. They also have many other black customers who come on a regular basis. If there are any issues, they are not race-related.

Outside of Ohio this is the only place I will go. I have tried a couple of different salons and they just don't compare to the work these girls do. Great service, great finished product, and friendly staff.

Update: So sad that after two years I will no longer be going here. I went in on Friday and they gave me a new person who worked there. Usually I go to Oh or Kim or Na. The new guy gave me one of the worst pedicures ever. Even my daughter said, "Oh , you ended up doing your nails yourself". I said, "no, I paid $28 for this!". She was shocked because she had gone there and also been pleased with the results of their pedicurists. We will not be going back.
Great atmosphere, wonderful service. I had a pedicure and waxing done....Kim did a fantastic job on my pedicure and O did the waxing. Can't wait to go back for a manicure!!

Agree with the sentiment that black people are not welcome here. Came by 3 times well before closing and told they didn't have the time to do my nails (every time!!!). No bueno.

I tried it twice. The first time they cut a toe cuticle (minor), the second time, the gentleman who did my nails not only cut me, but when I asked him to stop hurting my leg (deluxe comes with massage), he continued to rub so hard I now have bruises up and down my calves. The pedicure was sloppy and too thick. He messed up the toe he cut and had to re-polish. Took off callus with a clipper. HOWEVER, Na and Kim are excellent if you can get them.
