HORRIBLE!! I'm not sure if one star even gives this place justice! I usually visit Apollo Nails on Capitol Hill, but was in a rush today and needed a quick fix. I thought I'd try this place. Wow....not good. The equipment seemed very run down, the place was a REAL dive, and the nail technician, Tracy, was downright rude to me!! She scolded me when I did not put my hand in the right place when drying my shellack. She was quite rough with my hands literally grabbing my hand at times and squeezing my fingers hard. Normally I am used to gentle treatment but she was downright aggressive. When I went to put a tip on the bill, she looked over my shoulder to see how much I was tipping. She was more interested in selling me her yard services than she was a quality experience. I won't be back even though this is way more convenient than Capitol Hill. Big disappointment. Stay away!!! Way away!!

Vie was great, she did an amazing job on my feet and toes! I walked in around 10 am, no appointments needed! She was very attentive and kind.

Visiting from Ohio and this was the BEST pedicure ever. Anna was very gentle and my feet feel and look amazing

I went their for waxing. And I got burnt. The lady did the wax so improperly that I got a red mark which has now stayed near my lips. It has turned dark and looks bad. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Demanded a tip and tried to change quoted price. I was going to and happy to tip anyway but wow the bossy lady is very rude. Nails lasted 3 days.
