Today Lisa did my nails. I had organic done previously by Hanna who did great! Kayla is my favorite.. But today i had to tell Lisa 3 times to file more because half of my nails were all crooked and pointed when I told her square round. I asked for someone else to finish and she insisted to fix them. They are done but still a few aren't even filed straight. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience today. Most girls here do a great job. Don't let Lisa help you. If she's the only one available just wait for someone else.

They get you in and out really fast so the quality of work is not good, I told her that some of my nails were stalking to lift and she didn't even fix that. My sister got chrome and 2 different colors, one of the chrome black is still black with very little chrome, on the other hand is chrome black. Won't go there again, only went there today because I was desparate!

Absolutely love their store! I would rather go to the Marysville one and than everett one. Stephanie this lady did an awesome job on my nails.

Had a pedicure today done by Lee. Worst pedicure ever. She clipped one of my toes and it was bleeding. Started putting alcohol on and something else in a small blue bottle. She kept saying “ you ok? You ok?” Massage was a joke. All she did was wipe her hands up and down my legs. It wasn’t busy because there were employees just standing around. While painting my toes she asked if I wanted a design. I told her no thank you. She said it was free. I still said no. Free design.....? She must have known I wasn’t happy. And to top the whole experience off all toes on my left foot have the polish coming off. And it’s only been 4 hours. What a joke. Don’t go here for pedicure. You will be disappointed.

I have been coming here for years and I LOVE the luxury manicure and pedicure!! Best price I have seen by far and I can always get a free design or french with it too! The hot wax makes my skin soft and massage feels so good! They have so many options for nails like chrome, cat eye, mood or even organic nails!
