Star nails never disappoints me! Always a pleasure when going into this place! The remodel they did is beautiful. Work is always professional. Its amazing. Never complain about their work.

John did a great job on my wife’s nails 💅 I give him 5 stars . This was money well spent worth every dollar. This is my new go to spot to spend money on my wife . She walked out happy and feeling beautiful 😍. You have to bring your wife here to get her nails done 💅 . Call and ask for John before you come. He’s a new nail tech from San Jose ca . Now working at Best Star Nails 💅.

Got my nails done today and worker did a rushed job she didn't clean my nails properly and paint is bumpy the shop wasn't crowded either, also had a bad attitude because she doesn't speak English well, I couldn't understand her.Workers will talk about you in their language.Don't come here.Better to paint your own nails.Nails only two days old and already looks like I had them for weeks.

I’m here visiting from another state. I had just gotten my nails done back home and then on the airplane broke one nail the day after getting them done. No big deal, it happens. Googled nail salons near me out here to get the one nail fixed and settled on Star Nails. Walked in and they were busy but she said someone would fix me up in 15 minutes. Guy came over and told me to sit at his table. He then proceeded to grab the nail clippers and try to chip my nail off when that didn’t work he pulled out sharp pliers…he dug in next to my nail bed. I yelped and pulled away. I asked him to grind the top layer and then soak it off and he got an attitude and told me it’ll be 45 minutes and then he insisted I let him rip it off. Another nail tech started talking to him from across the salon (she must be the boss) so he finally agreed to let me soak. After 15 minutes the lady came over with a paper towel and wiped the acrylic off she then took me her station and put the new nail on.
I was not impressed with the customer service at this salon.

My daughter's toe was bleeding and the lady just pour alcohol on it. I wish I knew cause I wouldn't have her continue or pay for it. On top of that it was quick and sloppy. I got the older lady and she was not in the mood. She was rough and very rude kept insisting that I do gel. When I said no she rushed my nails and my mini massage was a quick rub of oil. My daughter didn't even get her massage. We pay $70 pretty much for nail polish. Not worth it. Never again.
